Psychotherpist and Counsellor
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Minster Centre, one of Europe’s leading training institutes for integrative psychotherapy, and am a registered member of the BACP.
My integrative approach means I work flexibly and adapt to what will best support you.
People bring many different experiences to therapy, and I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, conflict, anger, and loss of purpose. I have also worked with neurodivergent clients, including people with ADHD and ASD.
I also facilitate groups where people can share their experiences, build connection, and recognise that they are not alone.
Before training as a therapist, I was a manager in a large organisation. This gave me a first-hand understanding of the pressures many people face at work and in life — the weight of responsibility, how we respond to stress, and the challenges involved in navigating change and personal growth.
